Hi there! My name is Catherine Fazio, but most people know me as “Cat”. I am a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Southwest Realty here in Sarnia, ON.

My interest in property sparked from a very young age, as I grew up with a family strong in the housing and residential construction industry. However, it wasn’t until I started working as a real estate law clerk, that I fell in love with the world of real estate. With the knowledge I have gained throughout my experience as a law clerk, I believe I have many transferable skills that will help assist my clients in buying and selling homes, as well as guiding them through the process up to their closing date.

I understand that buying and selling homes can be a very emotional experience for some, and I want to help make the process as smooth as possible for my clients, with little to no stress involved.
