Kate is a third generation Real Estate Agent who has lived in the Bright’s Grove/Camlachie area since er early childhood. She know the community and love the small-town beach culture. Kate grew up dreaming of and drawing sketches of various houses. Her family has always been active in real estate, from owning, to renting, to renovating. She has personal experience in renovations and love envisioning what a home could be. Kate truly wants to help you make a house your home. 
 
Kate graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo, achieving a BA in psychology. She has also spent many years in the service industry, both of which have developed her desire and ability to understand how best to help and support people in achieving their real estate goals.
